SPACIOUS | MID-FLOOR | PRIME LOCATION

Great building with friendly neighbours. Peaceful and quiet, with only three floors. The pool and gym have been recently renovated, and the building is managed by a reliable and responsive management company.

Ive been living at Fortunato for over 6 months and I love the building and my apartment. The security and maintenance staff are great and always willing to help, the building is clean but there are some aesthetic issues (nothing major) but the building looks a bit old and can use a paint job. My major issue, and there seems to be no one that is able to provide a solution or is willing to fix it. The water pressure in the building is terrible. The shower will just have extremely poor pressure to the point where the water is barley coming out; the sinks will do the same, and leaks will occur. When speaking to maintenance, I was told that it was a building issue and that because the water tanks are in the basement, the pressure drops and that they need a new system. But there is no plan for a new system. So, I'm stuck in the same position with no solution or way forward. It is becoming really frustrating.

You feel like on vacation when you stay, it is a resort style building. with a huge pool, beautiful green areas gym and Yoga studio !!! Friendly staff and maintenance team seems to be always on top of things. Big layout apartments ranging between 700-900 sqft for the one bedroom units. 1 minute walk to Circle with all the amenities you can imagine, supermarkets, shops, cinema and Wellfit, one of the biggest gyms within a mall in the whole country. I couldn’t ask for more!

Very bad maintenance, you always have to call outside company to fix. ACs are horrible in all the compound. The noise is horrible at night with motorcycles and people honking all the time. The villas are either airbnb with new people every week or used for companies with more than 20 girls living in them. The only good thing is the pool. It is very nice with temperature control.
