You’ll have full private access to the apartment, balcony, and private plunge pool, along with the building’s shared amenities:

Please treat the apartment, private pool, and shared facilities with care and respect throughout your stay. Access to communal amenities is subject to building management rules, operating hours, and availability.

- After booking confirmation, you will need to go through our additional verification.
- I will provide a set of complimentary fresh linens, towels, and toiletries, including shower gel, soap, and shampoo.
- If you need a crib, please request it in advance. There is an additional charge of 15 AED per night, which is not included in the price.
- Additional linen costs 140 AED per pack. Message me if you need it and I will let you know where it is stored or arrange delivery.
- For additional cleaning, please contact me as well.
- Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not do so, I cannot guarantee check-in at the requested time.
- Smoking inside the flat is strictly prohibited. Penalty: 2500 AED.
