One of the worse building management that I have ever seen. I’m living in this building since it’s completion, 2y ago, and it already looks so messy… There is a lot of noise around the building (constructions everywhere), and the unit are not isolated at all… I can’t list all the problem of this building, it would take too much time…

Been living in Regina Tower for almost 2 years , countless maintenance issue , year round chemical smell , opening chiller account on behalf of tenants without consent , you will find almost everyone in the building agrees with above statement.

All the broken things had never being fully fixed , non-stop painting , constructions and chemical smell after almost 2 years , water leakage time to time , opening up chiller account without tenant's consent , trying to hide tenant's deposit payment to chiller company.
