Has all amenities you can thing of; huge gym and pool, 24 hours security, super market, salon, barbershop, mosque nearby and great amenities of jvc (parks, Five Hotel, One Life cafe, salons, supermarkets, big Aster Clinic, Circle Mall…) Building is maintained to high standard and apartments and balconies are big and well kept.

Perfect apartment for a family. 2-5 mins away from some great restaurant, and supermarket. Apartment was clean tidy with comfortable bedroom and well fitted kitchen with a great lounge area. We enjoyed staying in this apartment, and it was in a great location. We had no issue/problem at all.

The worst building you can live in JVC, water is always rusted and yellow color, my waching machine broke twice because of that and I cannot count how many shower heads I replaced, tenants walk their dogs in parking and pool area it became a public pets restroom , corridors gets cleaned once in two or three months,Insolation is terrible you can hear neighbours above and next to you all the time,parking never ventilated and always full of CO2, Five hotel across is extremley noisy especially if you are on low floors. guests struggle to find parking when visiting you, beware of moving to that building.
