Been here for over 4 years. Building management does a great job in maintaining the property. I found it always clean and no bad smells. Pool after the revocation is great. Was a bit of hassle getting car registered for APR.

Impressed about the building. Great quality and very well maintained. The apartments are huge inside, and plenty of room. The pool, gym and sauna are well maintained and clean. Security is good as well. It has a top floor garden and has a little BBQ area as well. In terms of location, easy to get in and get out. There is a convenient store, pharmacy, ladies salon all at 2-3mins walk. Other food options and a tool store within the same walking distance. There are 2-3 walkable parks that is a 5min walk. The building is also very pet friendly.
