FURNISHED | PREMIUM QUALITY | PRESTIGIOUS LOCATION

After reading a lot of conflicting reviews about O2 Tower in JVC with some people saying the reviews are overly positive or even written by management I decided to share my own honest experience after living here for about two months. Overall the building is well-maintained The common areas has been average clean and the general smell throughout the building is pleasant A major improvement is that the AC system and corridors have been recently renovated which seems to have resolved previous issues like mold or water leakage On the downside the front of the building needs attention The pavement is damaged and cars are often parked on it which makes the area look untidy and poorly organized As for security my experience so far has been average nothing exceptional but no major concerns either In summary the building itself is in decent condition but the exterior and surrounding organization could be better managed
