Gymnasium is ultramodern with all equipments and resort style swimming pool is a pleasure to relax.

I have lived here for 3 years now and I have to say Zaya is the best building in JVC. The apartments are spacious compared to many other buildings in Dubai. Community is lovely, gym & pool are amazing and there is a cafe in the building which is great to work from! Parking for guests is also free around the building. All in all I would highly recommend Zaya Hameni to live!

Simply best residential tower in JVC, lived here for my best 3 years in Dubai

This building is amazing, I enjoyed living there for the past 3 years but unfortunately the prices went up and now it costs a fortune to live there. I would love to live there again if the prices go down again.
