Vybe was handed over in July 2025, and each apartment has an electronic locking mechanism, high-quality fittings with well-insulated windows, good kitchen equipment including a dishwasher (not in the Studios), and a variety of storage options. The Tower has a gym, a sauna with a Jacuzzi, and a nice outdoor pool. Due to the number of apartments, the Tower is manageable and not heavily frequented. The service charges are completely reasonable. Vybe’s location offers, at least in part, stunning views of the Marina, the Burj Al Arab, and the Burj Khalifa. Also, proximity to Circle Mall is very advantageous, and the Tower even has a small Viva Market. I highly recommend checking out the building as a tenant or future owner.
