Easy entry & exit to and from JVC directly to Al Khail road. Dubai Mall 10 min drive. Last but not least, great maintenance and security! Thumbs up

I would strongly recommend this Building and the area for any buyer or tenant as its very close to Al Khail road and sheikh zayed road. Plus there is everything one stop away just down of the Building (ATM , Supermarket, Pharmacy, Clinic & Good Restaurants)
