I have been living in the building for the past 3 years. over this time many improvements have been made. the maintenance depends on the owner. Generally, the built quality is considered one of the best in Al Reem.

Great waterfront living with excellent amenities like Reem Central Park and nearby malls. Traffic on the bridges can be annoying during rush hour, but the convenience and vibrant community feel make it totally worth it.
