Constant drilling noises in our apartment from below which has been going on for months as they are converting a lower floor into offices! No solution offered by management despite countless requests. I have a young baby and drilling/noise/construction work going on from 9am - 5pm, management do not care. Avoid.

Great waterfront living with excellent amenities like Reem Central Park and nearby malls. Traffic on the bridges can be annoying during rush hour, but the convenience and vibrant community feel make it totally worth it.
