I've been staying in Ocean Terrace for a few years and love the location and the feeling you've escaped the city but in fact are only a few minutes away. Good layout apartments and lots of amenities.

Been living here for the past 5 years it’s a great property, fantastic location and very conveniently located within walking distance to Carrefour and Abu Dhabi mall Great Building Downside is the limited visitor parking

Ocean Terrace is a nice well maintained building and the closest to Abu Dhabi mainland. There is a big 25m pool on the 6th floor as well as a kids play area and BBQ areas. There is a well equipped gym as well although the equipment could benefit from being updated / replaced.The building is generally well maintained with friendly security. Access in the lifts is by access control only for extra security. There is a nice walkway behind the building next to the marina and soon to be connected to the long awaited Paragon Mall. The only down side is very limited visitor parking which is frustrating. Overall we have been here for 4 years and very happy.

Great waterfront living with excellent amenities like Reem Central Park and nearby malls. Traffic on the bridges can be annoying during rush hour, but the convenience and vibrant community feel make it totally worth it.

Excellent peaceful area to live with surrounding waters all side. Great place with many parks and play areas for kids, family friendly, pet friendly. High rise buildings with great view.

Great views, good finishes, good response times for maintenance issues, friendly staff, fast lifts. Reasonable rent levels for Abu Dhabi. Close to supermarket, pharmacy, Starbucks. No waterside access but reasonable walking distance to Galleria. No noise from surrounding construction sites, at this stage. Close to highway, new road bridges should shorten distance to Saadiyat.

View is beautiful, is very child friendly, comfortable for family Gent supermarket just in the ground floor. Plenty of Restaurants and cafeterias inclusive Starbucks!!! Infinity pool only if the maintenance office could replace all the small tiles missing from the pool that makes it dangerous to cut your feet, it getting worst all the time, we have been waiting to be fix more than one year.

I really love it's near city . Easy access to any place in or out city. Need improve maintenance for Gem and pools. Need to keep cleaning & maintenance workmen distance from residents. Need more parking space . Also anybody can use our facilities even he isn't a resident.
