The apartments are very modern and well-finished, though the layouts are a bit compact. Visitor parking can sometimes be a hassle, but overall it's a vibrant community.

The bridges has the benefits of having a great community for my kids , kids from all their ages which they became close friends to them , lovely neighbours and secured building.

Great waterfront living with excellent amenities like Reem Central Park and nearby malls. Traffic on the bridges can be annoying during rush hour, but the convenience and vibrant community feel make it totally worth it.
