I visit family here often, and I love how calm the area is. It's like its own little bubble because although it's on the outskirts of the city, it has literally everything: a private beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and playgrounds, so you can feel the lively atmosphere. Some of the biggest perks here are the sea-view apartments and the proximity to Yas Island, which means you're only 10 - 15 minutes away from the best events and attractions in Abu Dhabi. Its remote location is the only downside, since you need at least 30 minutes to get to the city center and you definitely need a car to live here.

I love the fact we have our own beach, a beautiful canal, nice water features, but also green spaces. I love the fact that the compound is pedestrian and that kids can roam freely and safely. I love the shops and restaurants - it's like a mini-city with everything you need. I love the very strong sense of a lively community.

I love: pool, beach, green areas, facilities (gym, playground, etc.). Possible improvement: visitor parking, less A/C in common areas (often it's freezing)
