Al Raha Beach is one of the most premium communities in Abu Dhabi, conveniently located and with great facilities and views. Apartments and villas are great for families and there are lots of upcoming attractions in the neighborhood. Easy access to Abu Dhabi airport and Sheikh Zayed Road. Highly recommended,

The 4 bed apartments have reasonable room sizes and good kitchens they are let down by the small size of the single balcony, strangely the 2 bed units get 2 balconies 1 of which is bigger than the single one in the 4 bed unit. Generally the facilities are kept clean however the facilities management company tend to treat the residents and owners as the people who they must put up with only. They have very limited customer orientated skills.

Typical al Dar, all bells and whistles but no substance. Quality of the interior and kitchen very poor, maintenance extremely slow, despite all security dodgy characters in corridors, no guest parking, limited spaces already allocated to residents. Poor traffic and pedestrian flow. Everything just shabby

I visit family here often, and I love how calm the area is. It's like its own little bubble because although it's on the outskirts of the city, it has literally everything: a private beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and playgrounds, so you can feel the lively atmosphere. Some of the biggest perks here are the sea-view apartments and the proximity to Yas Island, which means you're only 10 - 15 minutes away from the best events and attractions in Abu Dhabi. Its remote location is the only downside, since you need at least 30 minutes to get to the city center and you definitely need a car to live here.

I have had an excellent experience living in Al Muneera and, in my opinion, it is one of the best residential communities in Abu Dhabi. The location is fantastic, with easy access to Yas Island, the airport and the main roads towards Abu Dhabi city. At the same time, the community feels peaceful, safe and very well maintained. One of the best things about Al Muneera is the lifestyle. Having direct access to the beach, swimming pools, gym, restaurants, cafés and supermarkets makes everyday life extremely convenient. The waterfront areas and walking paths are also perfect for relaxing, exercising or simply enjoying the views. The apartments are spacious and the overall quality of the community is very good. I especially appreciate how quiet and residential it feels despite being so well connected. The atmosphere is also excellent, with a nice mix of families and professionals, and I have always felt very safe here. After living in Abu Dhabi, Al Muneera is definitely one of the areas I would recommend the most. It offers a great balance between location, quality of life, facilities and a relaxed waterfront lifestyle. I would happily choose to live here again.

I love the fact we have our own beach, a beautiful canal, nice water features, but also green spaces. I love the fact that the compound is pedestrian and that kids can roam freely and safely. I love the shops and restaurants - it's like a mini-city with everything you need. I love the very strong sense of a lively community.

I love: pool, beach, green areas, facilities (gym, playground, etc.). Possible improvement: visitor parking, less A/C in common areas (often it's freezing)
