Apartments for rent in Garden Residences, page 2

The handover will be in a few weeks, but I already purchased my apartment. The maintenance and engineering staff are always available on-site whenever I visit, which shows great commitment. It’s a luxury building from a major developer in Emirates City — the name itself stands for quality and trust. I had been searching for a property for over a year and faced many difficulties until I met Mr. Ahmed Khayal from Shine World Properties agency. He is truly professional, with great integrity, and immediately understood what I was looking for. After almost giving up, he made the entire process smooth — and the deal was completed in less than a week after visiting the place. Highly recommend both the property and the team behind it!
