Marina Diamond 6 is a great and affordable option in the heart of Dubai Marina. The location is incredibly convenient, especially if you work nearby: both the Metro and tram are within walking distance, making it easy to get around without relying on a car or getting stuck in traffic. JBR public beach and Barasti Beach are only a couple of stops away. Marina Walk, the promenade, yacht activities, hotels, restaurants, beauty salons, and everyday services are also close by. Compared with newer buildings in more remote areas such as JVC, this building offers much better access to established infrastructure while remaining reasonably priced for Dubai Marina. The recently renovated lobby looks excellent and gives the building a much more luxurious, almost five-star feel. PAM is clearly making an effort to improve the property and its management. The building also has a spacious outdoor pool and a barbecue area, and many apartments have open, practical layouts that may suit people who follow Vastu principles. There is still room for improvement. A larger gym, a children’s play area or garden, and a good café such as Costa or Starbucks on the ground floor would make the building even better. Continuous attention to maintenance would also help the property reach its full potential. Overall, Marina Diamond 6 offers excellent value for tenants who want to save money without giving up a central location and convenient transport. It is also worth considering for buyers looking for an investment or rental property, including holiday rentals where permitted. I would definitely recommend it as a practical, accessible, and well-located place to live in Dubai Marina.

Dubai Marina is a beautiful place with amazing waterfront views, great restaurants, and a lively atmosphere. It's perfect for a walk, relaxing, or enjoying the city skyline.

Dubai Marina is one of the best communities in Dubai

Dubai Marina is generally a great community; however, commute-wise, it is extremely difficult. Going in and out of the Marina is not necessarily the easiest commute. Additionally, because of the tram, you will encounter a lot of traffic lights. Let alone the fact that it is known for being a tourist community, it gets extremely busy during the winter months, starting in November and lasting until February. If you understand the pros and cons of it.

Dubai Marina has both residential and commercial buildings and offices. Most of the popular companies are located in Dubai Marina. It has people from all around the world, you could experience different culture. Dubai Marina is good for relaxing around the water in cafes and restaurants. It is nearby to Marina mall, Nakheel mall, Palm Jumeriah, JLT, Blue water Island and JBR. Metro, tram and bus facilities are available. Not much parks for the kids to play but most of the residential buildings has swimming pool and play areas. Nice view of ships and cruise around. Views are amazing from the balconies of most of the buildings. Main tech hubs are situated here. People who wish to have peaceful, greenery place might not like this busy area.

Very lively and vibrant area! The Marina Walk/Promenade is the highlight of this community, with beautiful walking path along the marina harbour. This community has great restaurants across all cuisines. Weather gets windy during evening (non-summer months). Ample places for families to stroll, walk and enjoy. Lived here since a more than a year and absolutely loved it. Traffic can be a challenge during peak hours. Marina also offers great connectivity across tram, metro and bus. The community is very diverse with residents (and tourists) from all over the globe which adds to unique touch. Highlight recommended for young professionals and new families

Dubai Marina delivers on its promise of a vibrant, walkable lifestyle. The buzz of the neighbourhood is great - there's always energy, whether you're heading out for a morning coffee or an evening stroll. The Marina Walk is a genuine highlight, and the sheer variety of restaurants, cafés and shops on your doorstep is hard to beat. For anyone who wants convenience and a lively atmosphere, it genuinely delivers. The downsides are real though. Traffic can be seriously frustrating, particularly at peak hours, and the ongoing roadworks have added another layer of congestion that tests your patience. The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot. Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.

Area , security can be a little bit better. I would like like less traffic around the area which can help getting to work on time and not being late. That is it

I love the views and the location. there should be a public parking and not private or asking high price per hour. the developer should have provided enough parking spaces but for expensive fees.
- Hakan
We love the location & community. it's well maintained & secure (24/7). 2B Flat is not big but smartly designed and affordable. Only issue is noise coming from SZR.
- Sarah M.
The location of the building is ideal, the views are great, the pool & gym are out dated and not maintained very well. There is no guest parking. The apartment size is good and layout.

Pros- Amazing breath taking views of the marina , good maintenance, great location next to marina walk and no traffic problem, security staff is helpful
