Family building excellent facilities, friendly staff and excellent management team ,Nice tennis court, squash court ,kids play area highly recommended to lease an apartment

Love the staff support, amenities are good and the place is well maintained. The Location works, although I wouldn't mind being closer to the beach - away from the desert. Expectation management and privacy could be improved, I have had incidents where they have the need to always come into your room and do / check stuff - it is usually the wrong time. (make an appointment / call before coming etc... all options I would prefer over someone just knocking uninvited)
