I have been living in this building for 7 years and I used to love it: very nice security team, well and clean maintained areas, spacious apartments and also the easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road avoiding traffic jam. The reception and elevators were recently renovated. It does not have any visitor parking, which is a minus. Unfortunately, the new Cavalli Tower destroyed our beautiful views to the Palm, and the constant construction noise of the new Dubai Harbour bridge and the other constructions around 23 Marina disturb the sleep very much. So now, I will be moving out to a hopefully quieter location...

I used to live in this building, very good amenities like gym, sauna, pool. Good playing area for the kids and a jogging track as well. It also has both indoor and outdoor pools with a jacuzzi.

This building is very well-maintained and family friendly. Its proximity to Sheik Zayed Road and the tram and metro makes it ideal for avoiding traffic going to work or getting home. The pool and gym on the 60th floor offer great views of the palm and Atlantis. You can relax in the sauna or steam room, or in one of their year-round swimming pools (outdoor or indoor). Excellent building!

This building used to be one the best but during the past few years renting the units for sharing by bachelors , construction around the building and the traffic really make it difficult to live in 23 Marina. Gym and pool are not family friendly any more and there is not even one parking allocated to guests . Public areas in the building needs renovation also the lobby.

If you are looking for nice huge layout , spacious bedrooms and lots of sunshine this building is for you. We were looking for a building without store and restaurant in ground floor because we hate the traffic and smell of restaurant kitchen. Units are located far from each other so neighbors noise wouldn’t bother you. Maintenance is good and the security staff are nice and professional. You will have picturesque view from all 4 sides of the building. Very family friendly.

Huge three bedroom layout, stunning view from golf course, lots and lots of light and sunshine, great location with easy access to Marina , Jumeirah and SZR. Away from Marina traffic and busy area still near enough to walk . 3 gyms , 3 indoor and outdoor pools, great security staff , super clean tall windows all year around. This is where I live for the past 7 years and I love that .

Dubai Marina is one of the best communities in Dubai

Dubai Marina is generally a great community; however, commute-wise, it is extremely difficult. Going in and out of the Marina is not necessarily the easiest commute. Additionally, because of the tram, you will encounter a lot of traffic lights. Let alone the fact that it is known for being a tourist community, it gets extremely busy during the winter months, starting in November and lasting until February. If you understand the pros and cons of it.

Dubai Marina has both residential and commercial buildings and offices. Most of the popular companies are located in Dubai Marina. It has people from all around the world, you could experience different culture. Dubai Marina is good for relaxing around the water in cafes and restaurants. It is nearby to Marina mall, Nakheel mall, Palm Jumeriah, JLT, Blue water Island and JBR. Metro, tram and bus facilities are available. Not much parks for the kids to play but most of the residential buildings has swimming pool and play areas. Nice view of ships and cruise around. Views are amazing from the balconies of most of the buildings. Main tech hubs are situated here. People who wish to have peaceful, greenery place might not like this busy area.

Very lively and vibrant area! The Marina Walk/Promenade is the highlight of this community, with beautiful walking path along the marina harbour. This community has great restaurants across all cuisines. Weather gets windy during evening (non-summer months). Ample places for families to stroll, walk and enjoy. Lived here since a more than a year and absolutely loved it. Traffic can be a challenge during peak hours. Marina also offers great connectivity across tram, metro and bus. The community is very diverse with residents (and tourists) from all over the globe which adds to unique touch. Highlight recommended for young professionals and new families

For anyone who wants convenience and a lively atmosphere, it genuinely delivers. The downsides are real though. Traffic can be seriously frustrating, particularly at peak hours, and the ongoing roadworks have added another layer of congestion that tests your patience. The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot. Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.
