Hor Al Anz is a neighbourhood in East Dubai within the Deira area. It’s approximately 4 square kilometres in size and is one of the most densely populated areas in Dubai. Hor Al Anz is one of Dubai’s oldest areas so the buildings are low rise with small apartments and low yearly rents. It is considered working class neighbourhood.

Most residents of Hor Al Anz are single men or what is often known as ‘forced bachelors’ - men who live here whilst their families are back in their home country. This is a means of socialising amongst the local residents, most of which are men who have left their families behind in their home countries. It is definitely walker friendly and the area has 2 metro stations nearby: Abu Baker Al Siddique Metro and Abu Hail Metro.
