One of my best play to stay in dubai. I lived in marina gate 1 for 3 wonderful years. Thhe only thing that annoyed me was traffic to get in and out and the places to park for guests - rta parking sare so limited and building charges high prices per hour. Otherwise, amenities, security, maintenance, building state and friendliness of staff cant compare to many buildings out there.

This is the nicest place we saw on the Marina. Multiple pools including a really big lap pool. Best gyms we've seen in an apartment building. Active and friendly community squash and padel commuity on the courts. Basketball court for the kids. The staff are lovely. Everything really top spec and well kept. Super location - everything you need within the complex, even a great doctor's surgery. Traffic can be a pain if you don't time it well. Other than that, love it! .

The quality of MG1 is fantastic as are the facilities. Not only are the views exceptional towards the marina as well as the golf course, they’re also safe from future obstruction.

Good location, modern building, two blocks completed, third in 2020. Pool in building in small for number of residents and gets crowded easily all week during Winter. Noise during the day fine. However depending on the orientation of the apartment and floor, one will pick up lots of music noise from Barasti Nightclub which goes on till 3am especially during Winter.Great access to shops, cafe, and promenade. Excellent parking. Poor access for drop off pick by taxi / Uber. Pricey by apartment size. Short cuts in standard appliances and plug points throughout.

Dubai Marina is one of the best communities in Dubai

Dubai Marina is generally a great community; however, commute-wise, it is extremely difficult. Going in and out of the Marina is not necessarily the easiest commute. Additionally, because of the tram, you will encounter a lot of traffic lights. Let alone the fact that it is known for being a tourist community, it gets extremely busy during the winter months, starting in November and lasting until February. If you understand the pros and cons of it.

Dubai Marina has both residential and commercial buildings and offices. Most of the popular companies are located in Dubai Marina. It has people from all around the world, you could experience different culture. Dubai Marina is good for relaxing around the water in cafes and restaurants. It is nearby to Marina mall, Nakheel mall, Palm Jumeriah, JLT, Blue water Island and JBR. Metro, tram and bus facilities are available. Not much parks for the kids to play but most of the residential buildings has swimming pool and play areas. Nice view of ships and cruise around. Views are amazing from the balconies of most of the buildings. Main tech hubs are situated here. People who wish to have peaceful, greenery place might not like this busy area.

Very lively and vibrant area! The Marina Walk/Promenade is the highlight of this community, with beautiful walking path along the marina harbour. This community has great restaurants across all cuisines. Weather gets windy during evening (non-summer months). Ample places for families to stroll, walk and enjoy. Lived here since a more than a year and absolutely loved it. Traffic can be a challenge during peak hours. Marina also offers great connectivity across tram, metro and bus. The community is very diverse with residents (and tourists) from all over the globe which adds to unique touch. Highlight recommended for young professionals and new families

Dubai Marina delivers on its promise of a vibrant, walkable lifestyle. The buzz of the neighbourhood is great - there's always energy, whether you're heading out for a morning coffee or an evening stroll. The Marina Walk is a genuine highlight, and the sheer variety of restaurants, cafés and shops on your doorstep is hard to beat. For anyone who wants convenience and a lively atmosphere, it genuinely delivers. The downsides are real though. Traffic can be seriously frustrating, particularly at peak hours, and the ongoing roadworks have added another layer of congestion that tests your patience. The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot. Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.
