Dubai Marina is one of the best communities in Dubai

Dubai Marina is generally a great community; however, commute-wise, it is extremely difficult. Going in and out of the Marina is not necessarily the easiest commute. Additionally, because of the tram, you will encounter a lot of traffic lights. Let alone the fact that it is known for being a tourist community, it gets extremely busy during the winter months, starting in November and lasting until February. If you understand the pros and cons of it.

Dubai Marina has both residential and commercial buildings and offices. Most of the popular companies are located in Dubai Marina. It has people from all around the world, you could experience different culture. Dubai Marina is good for relaxing around the water in cafes and restaurants. It is nearby to Marina mall, Nakheel mall, Palm Jumeriah, JLT, Blue water Island and JBR. Metro, tram and bus facilities are available. Not much parks for the kids to play but most of the residential buildings has swimming pool and play areas. Nice view of ships and cruise around. Views are amazing from the balconies of most of the buildings. Main tech hubs are situated here. People who wish to have peaceful, greenery place might not like this busy area.

Very lively and vibrant area! The Marina Walk/Promenade is the highlight of this community, with beautiful walking path along the marina harbour. This community has great restaurants across all cuisines. Weather gets windy during evening (non-summer months). Ample places for families to stroll, walk and enjoy. Lived here since a more than a year and absolutely loved it. Traffic can be a challenge during peak hours. Marina also offers great connectivity across tram, metro and bus. The community is very diverse with residents (and tourists) from all over the globe which adds to unique touch. Highlight recommended for young professionals and new families

Traffic can be seriously frustrating, particularly at peak hours, and the ongoing roadworks have added another layer of congestion that tests your patience. The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot. Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.

Amazing place. location is great. if you are looking to for for Short term rentals, a property here is perfect.

Location, location, location. One of the greatest locations in Marina. Five minutes from Marina Mall shopping and Pier 7 restaurants, just 10-15min walk to JBR beach. Very peaceful area, very little traffic around tower. Security always finds parking place for the guests. Maintenance is kept super well. Staff & Security incredibly friendly and trustworthy. Pool is located on the roof with magnificent view. However it could be a little bit bigger. While area around the towers is safe for kids, swimming pool has kids play area too, I was missing kids playground. However there are many playgrounds around the tower in Marina Walk, just 5-10min away. Very quiet area around. While you can hear a little bit more noice during Thursdays & Fridays from pedestrians, it's usually not very distracting and reduces at the reasonable hour. In general great tower, amazing location, and the view is breathtaking with yachts and boats passing every day.

Location Location Location. Central to the Marina & JBR, easy access in and out. Great view over Marina. Great for families & couples. Tower doesn't have high traffic of the exchanging people like other towers do. No need to waste time waiting for elevators. Exceptionally to other towers in Marina, The Atlantic has spacious apartments.

Most units have amazing views over the Marina. Apartments are spacious and modern with a great layout and new kitchen. Maintenance is not ideal though.

The Atlantic tower is relatively small, but has charm. Some units overlook the marina, with a beautiful panoramic view. Swimming pool on the roof is temperature controlled, if a little small. The gym is also adequate but very small too (though I rarely found anyone else in there). The security are absolutely delightful - always smiling and chatty.
