Marina Park is one of the first and few low-rise residential buildings in Dubai Marina, offering a more relaxed and less crowded living environment compared to many of the high-rise towers in the area. The building features a swimming pool and a gym, making it a great option for residents who enjoy staying active. Although it is an older development, it is well maintained. In fact, the building has recently undergone improvements, including a freshly repainted façade and a renovated lobby, which enhance its overall appearance. Residents also benefit from 24/7 security, with staff known for being professional and courteous. In terms of location, Marina Park is just a few minutes away from the Dubai Metro Red Line and the Dubai Tram, making commuting convenient. It is also close to JBR Beach, ideal for those who enjoy spending time by the sea. Additionally, the building is located next to Marina Walk, where residents can relax, walk, jog, or enjoy the waterfront atmosphere. For families, there are nearby parks and playgrounds for children, and several supermarkets within walking distance, making everyday errands easy and convenient.

I have rented a house here for 1 year now I have liquidated the contract. I feel bad with the services here. Facilities deteriorated. In addition, the landlord also finds many reasons to deduct the deposit. In general, I will never rent again.

Nice place to stay all convenient

The location of the property is accessible to Sheikh Zayed, the metro station, and the tram. The property is also close to JBR which makes it a good place to chill.

The location is good as it is near JBR 2 and 8 minutes walk to DMCC Metro Station and tram station that most people are looking at. The building is near a round about so the car noise can be heard inside the apartment specially our unit is in the corner. There is also a construction beside the building which adds to the noise. Even it is a bit noisy, I will still choose this as it is accessible to all my needs like metro and tram station, beach, groceries and restaurants.

There is a reason its cheaper than other buildings. Everything is wrong. The building is old so everything breaks all the time. The pool was closed for a year for renovations. The gym smells. The traffic around the building is a nightmare. Rush hour traffic is even worse. The building management owns multiple flats in the building and they are always under maintenance with loud drilling or grinding noises for hours a day and for weeks continuos. If you have young kids or work from home forget about it. The noise will be unbearable. Some of the neighbors are less than hygienic and there is trash on the floor of the garbage room. There are often cockroaches in the corridor and they sneak into apartments. Moving out because the collection of things is unbearable.

Dubai Marina is one of the best communities in Dubai
- 2.02 out of 5 ratingAhmed O.
Dubai Marina is generally a great community; however, commute-wise, it is extremely difficult. Going in and out of the Marina is not necessarily the easiest commute. Additionally, because of the tram, you will encounter a lot of traffic lights. Let alone the fact that it is known for being a tourist community, it gets extremely busy during the winter months, starting in November and lasting until February. If you understand the pros and cons of it.

Dubai Marina has both residential and commercial buildings and offices. Most of the popular companies are located in Dubai Marina. It has people from all around the world, you could experience different culture. Dubai Marina is good for relaxing around the water in cafes and restaurants. It is nearby to Marina mall, Nakheel mall, Palm Jumeriah, JLT, Blue water Island and JBR. Metro, tram and bus facilities are available. Not much parks for the kids to play but most of the residential buildings has swimming pool and play areas. Nice view of ships and cruise around. Views are amazing from the balconies of most of the buildings. Main tech hubs are situated here. People who wish to have peaceful, greenery place might not like this busy area.

Very lively and vibrant area! The Marina Walk/Promenade is the highlight of this community, with beautiful walking path along the marina harbour. This community has great restaurants across all cuisines. Weather gets windy during evening (non-summer months). Ample places for families to stroll, walk and enjoy. Lived here since a more than a year and absolutely loved it. Traffic can be a challenge during peak hours. Marina also offers great connectivity across tram, metro and bus. The community is very diverse with residents (and tourists) from all over the globe which adds to unique touch. Highlight recommended for young professionals and new families

Dubai Marina delivers on its promise of a vibrant, walkable lifestyle. The buzz of the neighbourhood is great - there's always energy, whether you're heading out for a morning coffee or an evening stroll. The Marina Walk is a genuine highlight, and the sheer variety of restaurants, cafés and shops on your doorstep is hard to beat. For anyone who wants convenience and a lively atmosphere, it genuinely delivers. The downsides are real though. Traffic can be seriously frustrating, particularly at peak hours, and the ongoing roadworks have added another layer of congestion that tests your patience. The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot. Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.
