For me it’s one of the best buildings in marina. Top facilities - fully renovated gym, kids club, tennis court, banquet hall to book bday parties and events. Very family friendly building which is great for us. Kids can enjoy mini waterpark by the pool. Great location and availability of bikes just in front of the building.

My stay at DAMAC Waves Tower A in Dubai Marina was unforgettable. The location offers stunning waterfront views and convenient access to attractions. The private balconies provide breathtaking panoramic views of the marina and skyline. The facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were exceptional. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a remarkable experience. As I prepare to leave this building and return to my country, I will truly miss this place. Highly recommended for a luxurious stay in Dubai Marina.

I was here for 2 months, and the property is very calm and safe. I had the sun in the morning in my bathroom. The swimming pool is good. Balconies are wide. The location is next to the metro and easy to grab a taxi. I recommend it.

Dubai Marina is one of the best communities in Dubai

Dubai Marina is generally a great community; however, commute-wise, it is extremely difficult. Going in and out of the Marina is not necessarily the easiest commute. Additionally, because of the tram, you will encounter a lot of traffic lights. Let alone the fact that it is known for being a tourist community, it gets extremely busy during the winter months, starting in November and lasting until February. If you understand the pros and cons of it.

Dubai Marina has both residential and commercial buildings and offices. Most of the popular companies are located in Dubai Marina. It has people from all around the world, you could experience different culture. Dubai Marina is good for relaxing around the water in cafes and restaurants. It is nearby to Marina mall, Nakheel mall, Palm Jumeriah, JLT, Blue water Island and JBR. Metro, tram and bus facilities are available. Not much parks for the kids to play but most of the residential buildings has swimming pool and play areas. Nice view of ships and cruise around. Views are amazing from the balconies of most of the buildings. Main tech hubs are situated here. People who wish to have peaceful, greenery place might not like this busy area.

Very lively and vibrant area! The Marina Walk/Promenade is the highlight of this community, with beautiful walking path along the marina harbour. This community has great restaurants across all cuisines. Weather gets windy during evening (non-summer months). Ample places for families to stroll, walk and enjoy. Lived here since a more than a year and absolutely loved it. Traffic can be a challenge during peak hours. Marina also offers great connectivity across tram, metro and bus. The community is very diverse with residents (and tourists) from all over the globe which adds to unique touch. Highlight recommended for young professionals and new families

For anyone who wants convenience and a lively atmosphere, it genuinely delivers. The downsides are real though. Traffic can be seriously frustrating, particularly at peak hours, and the ongoing roadworks have added another layer of congestion that tests your patience. The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot. Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.
