With The Dubai Mall just there as well, everything feels very elevated and very convenient at the same time. There’s no shortage of lifestyle options either. Gyms, Pilates studios, yoga spaces, all very much on the fancier side, so if you’re into that kind of routine, it’s all right there and done well. That said, it definitely comes at a price. It’s an expensive area to live in, and that extends beyond just rent, even everyday things like groceries feel noticeably higher. I love the location of the building, it still feels very new and everything is finished to a very high standard. However, the gym is very small and should be expanded.
