Overall, it’s a nice and comfortable area. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. I like the calm atmosphere and the available services. However, traffic can sometimes be a little busy, especially during peak hours. Overall, it’s a good place to live.

I lived in this Area for about 4 years. The quick access to the beach and Al Qasba makes it an enjoyable place to stay but the traffic makes it difficult. The road leading to Dubai is temporarily closed until the end of the year so the traffic is extra bad recently but once the new tunnel opens i expect the connectivity to Dubai to be much better.
