Al Fahad 2 is surrounded by the hotels , so there is a lot of very strange people coming to the building that you wouldn`t want to see near you or your kids. A lot of sharing apartments , we see new people coming to the neighboring apartments all the time. And that is despite the fact that they present is as a "family friendly building" and the fact that sharing is forbidden. The building next door has rooms rented per night. So imagine what sorts of crowds you will see.
The elevators always broken, no service lifts, so if someone is moving better take stairs.
The pool is located in a way that there is never sun there. Very smart. So if you want to sunbathe you have to go on the other side of the building where is literally nothing, not a single bush planted, just concrete. It`s very disappointing, taking into account that there is so much space for everything, it has a potential to be a good building but due to the poor management it is very bad.
The garbage shoots are always dirty and smelly as well. Wouldn`t recommend to anyone.
