As the number of young expats moving to Dubai is on the rise, especially in preparations for Expo2020, we found it necessary to offer a guide including the best areas to rent a studio apartment under 50,000AED. The listings we chose were based on the location, space, and affordability of the apartments, as well as the overall quality of the communities.
Discovery Gardens is a green community composed of low-rise buildings divided into many clusters. Apartments have a clean finish and the studio apartments are rather spacey.

Dubai Investment Park
Seen as Dubai’s new business hub, Dubai Investment Park has a number of residential projects completed and some still under construction. The community might not be fully developed but it’s close to several new areas such as Al Barsha and Motor City. The apartments are new and the prices are affordable.
Known for its affordable apartments, this community has hundreds of shops and is close to Dragon Mart. Studio apartments are relatively small but popular amongst expat bachelors.
Jumeirah Village Circle
This beautiful development in the heart of new Dubai has a number of villas, as well as some apartment buildings which offer many studio apartments to choose from. The community is fully developed and offers many amenities and services.
Since its opening in 2008, Sports City has enjoyed a reputation for being a friendly area that offers affordable apartments for bachelors and families. The community is home to a number of restaurants and supermarkets, and it allows easy access to various areas in Dubai.
This tech park is known for offering affordable residential units in a family-oriented community, but it also has many studio apartments below the 50k range. The relatively new community has a number of buildings with shared swimming pools and gyms.
