I've been in property since 2011. First as a developer in the UK, where I built 34 homes across five projects. Now in Dubai, where I specialise entirely in secondary villa sales across Dubai Hills Estate.
That background changes how I work. For sellers, I price and market villas using real DLD comparables and live Property Finder competition, with the aim of generating competing offers above asking rather than chasing the market down. For buyers, it means walking a property with someone who can read the building, not just the brochure, and tell you where money has been spent well, where corners have been cut, and whether the asking price genuinely stacks up.
