Excellent building, perfect location every thing near the building, mall, restaurants, hospitals, schools, university, every things you need it's near the building.
It is a centrally located tower and is surrounded by everything. It requires some maintenance but it is fine
pros: sea view, walking path, allows pets cons: very noisy due to construction , bad air condition, bad maintenance I am considering to move out
