I bought a flat and it is still a nightmare. AC bad smell due to raiser duct opening in false ceiling directly affecting AC RETURN to the FCUs. DAMAC Charged me CHILLED WATER And meter cost and deposit twice first before handover for previous years consumption and then by ASTA before connecting chilled water. Fire alarm is out of control and noise coming 2 am in the morning and during the day. Management unable to impose policy in corridor and tenant keeping item in corridors. The worst building ever seen

Bad smell always everywhere 

The good thing about the building is the balcony, french windows and spacious bedrooms.

Building Management is not good and maintenance team do nothing when it comes to apartments!

Excellent peaceful area to live with surrounding waters all side. Great place with many parks and play areas for kids, family friendly, pet friendly. High rise buildings with great view.
