There's a small lake near Mall of the Emirates, but I wouldn't call it a proper park. As for property, the buildings are owned and managed by Emirati landlords, so purchasing isn't an option. This also tends to affect rental pricing - building owners often raise rents in alignment with one another, meaning you won't find dramatic price differences from one building to the next.
