We're in Al Khail Heights, and it's much calmer than people expect from Al Quoz. Kids play outside, the pools are kept clean, and security actually calls before letting anyone up. We're 15 minutes from almost everything in Dubai.

Al Quoz 1 is largely composed of standalone villas. These homes typically offer spacious floor plans, large gardens, and private parking. While there are some low-rise buildings and labor accommodations in the greater Al Quoz area, Al Quoz 1 is focused on family living.
Villas for rent in Al Quoz 1 range from 3 to 7+ bedrooms, offering expansive layouts with private gardens, large balconies, maid’s rooms, and private shaded parking. Many villas feature traditional Arabian architecture and include a majlis area; however, there’s also a variety of new and renovated villas with contemporary designs.
The neighborhood includes wide internal roads and green pockets, contributing to a quiet and residential environment.
