Al Diyafah Street, now officially named 2nd of December Street, is a culturally significant stretch in the heart of Al Satwa, Dubai.


Flanked by Jumeirah and Bur Dubai, this 2.5-kilometre road links Union House, a historic landmark where the UAE's formation was declared on December 2, 1971, to the World Trade Centre roundabout. Though its official name changed in 2011, many residents still fondly refer to it as Al Diyafah.
