Spanning a huge 6.5 million square meters, this popular neighborhood features around 15 private sub-communities, each offering spacious villas with views overlooking pristine golf courses and tranquil lakes. The aesthetic here blends the natural beauty of the desert with lush, landscaped greenery, creating a picture-perfect setting for residents. It’s no surprise that this area is considered one of the most beautiful villa communities in Dubai. Building on its success, Emaar expanded the vision with the launch of Arabian Ranches 2 and Arabian Ranches 3, offering even more choices for luxury living in the city.

Palmera 1
Palmera 1 is the quietest Palmera and located the furthest away from Al Qudra road right next to Alvorada 4, but still in very close proximity of one of the main entrances to the Ranches. The houses , whilst a little more established , are better built than most new communities and have generally got bigger rooms , bigger plots and decent size gardens. Unlike most other Townhouse communities, the villas are situated around a ' 'green' square that contains only 6 properties. The villas are set away from the road which makes it very safe for children and pets and the community is very green. The landscaping is similar to the independent villa communities in the Ranches , where the roads and pavement are separated by lots of plants and trees , which is superior to some of the other communities like Al Reem . There is a , real mix of people and nationalities living here ranging from families with kids , to couples as well as single people and the community spirit is second to none , as everyone is looking after each other and willing to lend a helping hand when needed. The community is very pet friendly as most people have dogs and cats and the when the sun goes down ( or comes up) the place is buzzing with people enjoying their walks with their furry friends. The pool area is lovely and there is a play ground for kids as well as a BBQ area. There is no gym , that's the only reason I have given it 4 stars instead of 5. Last but not least, Palmera 1 doesn't really flood and remains accessible in the case of heavy rains and floods. I have lived in the community for 6 years now, I love it here and it truly feels like home.
Al Reem 2
3 parks, a pool and very quiet with no construction. Many speedbumps to get here, though! Its one of the older gated communities in Dubai but they seem to have been built well
Al Reem 3
Arabian Ranches is a wonderful community with variety of amenities such as golf ⛳️, lake. Punch of restaurants clinic and school where others don’t this type of facilities.
Al Reem 3
Spent 2 years there with my family of 3 kids aged 5 & under. Safe & cosy environment with opportunity to mingle with other residents due to its optimal density. Amenities include: - 2 playgrounds - 1 swimming pool - 1 open field for soccer or touch rugby - 1 lake (with migratory wild life) - 3 minute drive to JESS school - 4 minute drive to Community Center & Clinic - 3 minute drive to Highway 311
Al Reem 2
Family friendly community with park, lake, swimming barbecue area and tennis court.
Al Reem 3
Lived there for over 4 years, great environment for children and fab community feel. The houses that back onto the 311 do hear the traffic noise but it's not terrible and doesn't impact sleep. Very well maintained and established area. Local shops within a 5min drive and a new express petrol station is a 2min drive within Arabian Ranches from Al Reem 3.
