Wajid is a nice man he is good in his work thanks wajid
Centrally located with access to almost everything in Dubai - approximately 15 min to both sides, Downtown and Dubai Marina. Located directly across from Dubai Hills along the newly upgraded Umm Suqeim road. Near this district you can easily find several hospitals, the Dubai Hills Mall, Miracle Garden, the Arabian Ranches Golf Course and so much more. Great for apartment style living.
Its a family area with a lot of tourist spots to visit
Have been here for three years and seen poor property management. Dirty parking and pool. Broken gym equipment and no kids play area.
