This tower is so well maintained and everything is so good but I just point to some details that you should know before moving in.

1. As it is too close to the Dubai Autodrome and whenever they have car races, the noise is so annoying.

2. Gym equipments are so limited and the area is to small

3. There are so many parking available in the street and no need to worry.

4. In rush hours you will face traffic in hessa and umm soughim streets as they are the main streets to get to al khail and sheikh zayed road.
