Wajid is a nice man he is good in his work thanks wajid
Centrally located with access to almost everything in Dubai - approximately 15 min to both sides, Downtown and Dubai Marina. Located directly across from Dubai Hills along the newly upgraded Umm Suqeim road. Near this district you can easily find several hospitals, the Dubai Hills Mall, Miracle Garden, the Arabian Ranches Golf Course and so much more. Great for apartment style living.
Its a family area with a lot of tourist spots to visit
This tower is so well maintained and everything is so good but I just point to some details that you should know before moving in. 1. As it is too close to the Dubai Autodrome and whenever they have car races, the noise is so annoying. 2. Gym equipments are so limited and the area is to small 3. There are so many parking available in the street and no need to worry. 4. In rush hours you will face traffic in hessa and umm soughim streets as they are the main streets to get to al khail and sheikh zayed road. 4.
