Drove through at rush hour - very central for reaching Marina, Media City or SZR quickly. Entry/exit points onto Sheikh Zayed Road get congested at peak hours though.
Stayed a few nights in Barsha Heights and it's a solid choice if you want to be in the middle of everything. It's right on Sheikh Zayed Road, walking distance to the metro (Dubai Internet City station), and easy to get anywhere in Dubai from there. Loved that there were tons of restaurants and cafes right downstairs, and it felt lively even at night.
Barsha Heights has become Dubai's new center for both residential and business community with direct metro station i.e Dubai Internet City. It has direct connectivity to Shaikh Zayed Road as well as easy access to other major communities like Greens, JVC & Motor city to name few. You can reach malls in Marina & Palm Jumeira to Mall of the Emirates in less than 10mins. Similarly quick accessibility to beaches of JBR & Jumeirah. Barsha Heights is well planned community for both residents and commercial.
Save yourself! Too expensive, they don't appreciate your tenancy. Expensive rent for leaking ceilings, mould all over your shoes, bags, furniture, cars and trucks blocking your entrance and exit from the building or even your own parking spot. Noises such as drilling at any hour, manfultion of the fire alarm system constantly even at 4am. Sauna most time will not be usable. Filthy common areas. They’ll ask you for references, but you'll have random vendors knocking at your door. Regardless of how many times the MXX team will fix an issue, it will be back within a week. Useless administration, they’ll fill your checks with mistakes and you'll pay for it. Refer to google maps for actual pictures.
