Barsha Heights has become Dubai's new center for both residential and business community with direct metro station i.e Dubai Internet City. It has direct connectivity to Shaikh Zayed Road as well as easy access to other major communities like Greens, JVC & Motor city to name few. You can reach malls in Marina & Palm Jumeira to Mall of the Emirates in less than 10mins. Similarly quick accessibility to beaches of JBR & Jumeirah. Barsha Heights is well planned community for both residents and commercial.

The location of the building was great for shops, taxis etc. The pool on the roof never worked, building could use a little work. The gym is mainly empty, not much equipment.
