Oxford Tower sits along the southern stretch of Business Bay, with direct access to Al A'amal Street and quick connections to Al Khail Road and Marasi Drive. If you drive often, that makes daily routes simpler.
You don't need a car for every trip, though. Business Bay Metro Station is roughly a five-minute drive away, and two bus stops serve the immediate area.
Business Bay is the nearest metro station to Oxford Tower. It's about a five-minute drive away, or a much longer walk of around 50 minutes because of the canal-side routing. The station sits on the Red Line, which runs through major stops including Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall, Union, and Jebel Ali.
Two bus stops are within easy walking distance of the tower. The Capital Golden Tower bus stop is roughly a ten-minute walk away, while the Avanti Tower bus stop is even closer at about a seven-minute walk. Both stops connect riders to routes running through the wider Business Bay corridor and surrounding communities.
Taxis and ride-hailing apps like Careem and Uber are widely available in this part of Business Bay, and pickups usually take just a few minutes because of the concentration of hotels and residential towers in the area. A Dott e-scooter station is also about a three-minute walk from the building for short trips along the canal or to neighboring towers.
Oxford Tower connects quickly to Al A'amal Street, which feeds into both Al Khail Road and Marasi Drive, two of the main routes through Business Bay. Al Khail Road gives you a faster run south toward Dubai Hills and Academic City, while Marasi Drive follows the canal toward Downtown Dubai and Sheikh Zayed Road.
Paid parking is available right next to the building, with several 346GP-zoned street parking bays just steps from the entrance. Artin Car Park Rental operates additional lots within a short walk, and Noon Car Park and Zero Car Park are both under a two-minute walk away, offering covered or open-air paid options.
Oxford Tower is roughly a ten-minute drive from Dubai Mall and the Downtown district during off-peak hours, though morning and evening traffic can add time.
Mercato Beach and Sunrise Beach are reachable in about 15 minutes by car heading toward Jumeirah. Dubai International Airport is typically a 15-to-20-minute drive via Al Khail Road or Sheikh Zayed Road, depending on traffic conditions.
I’ve spent a fair amount of time around Business Bay and it’s one of those areas that looks exactly how you’d expect Dubai to look - sleek, central, and always a bit on the go. Location-wise, it’s hard to fault. You’re minutes from everything includes the likes of Downtown, DIFC, Sheikh Zayed Road, and almost next door to The Dubai Mall, which is obviously one of the biggest highlights of the city. Getting around is pretty seamless overall, and public transport is a big plus here: metros, buses, and cabs are all easily available, so you’re not fully reliant on a car. What’s interesting about Business Bay is that while it’s very work-driven, it’s also quite residential, so you get a mix of both. There are loads of cafés, gyms, and restaurants, and the canal side is genuinely a highlight, especially in the cooler months when it’s great for a walk or even cycling. That said, it can feel a little… transactional. A lot of people are there for work, so it doesn’t always have that strong “community” vibe. Traffic can also be a bit chaotic during peak hours, and depending on the building, quality really varies; some are great, others not so much. Overall, it works really well if you want convenience, connectivity, and that polished city feel, with the added bonus of actually being able to live there and not just work there.

Business Bay is Dubai’s thriving commercial and mixed-use hub, offering a dynamic environment for both work and lifestyle. Known for its modern skyline, it is home to numerous offices, corporate headquarters, and business centers, making it one of the city’s prime destinations for professionals and entrepreneurs. The community also features high-rise residential towers, stylish apartments, and waterfront promenades along the Dubai Canal, creating a live-work-play environment. Residents enjoy a variety of dining, retail, and leisure options, with easy access to Downtown Dubai, Burj Khalifa, and other key areas. Connectivity is excellent, with major roads and metro access ensuring smooth commuting. However, as a central business district, the area can experience traffic congestion during peak hours, and rental rates tend to be on the higher side. Overall, Business Bay is ideal for those seeking a modern, urban lifestyle in close proximity to Dubai’s commercial and entertainment core.

One of the most central and vibrant locations of Dubai - mix of commercial and residential buildings. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and hotels - giving an ideal city vibe plus very close proximity to Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa! The Dubai Canal within the area is great for evening walks. The parking and traffic can get bit intense especially during peak hours. Getting around Business Bay is not always the easiest - buses are the ideal option for public transport rather than the metro as the buildings are spread out.

Oxford Tower sits within Business Bay and is given over to commercial space, with a quieter feel than some of the other towers nearby. The focus here is on office and retail units. Below is the unit type you can expect to find.
Listings in Oxford Tower fall into three categories: office space, shops, and retail units. Offices are the largest group in both markets, with three of the seven rental listings and four of the eight sale listings currently being office space.
Offices span a wide size range. Rental listings run from 737 sq. ft. up to 1,675 sq. ft., while the units for sale sit at either end of that range, at 719 sq. ft. and around 1,370 sq. ft. Several are advertised as fully fitted and ready to occupy, and some are sold tenanted.
Shops and retail units are more consistent in size, clustering around 1,028 to 1,029 sq. ft. for rentals and 1,029 to 1,333 sq. ft. for sales, with several ground-floor units facing the park and at least one offering a ground-plus-mezzanine layout.
On pricing, rental listings currently span AED 110,000 to AED 450,000 a year, with offices at the lower end and retail at the upper. Sale listings run from AED 1.5M to AED 4.5M, again with offices cheaper than retail. You can browse commercial properties for rent in Oxford Tower and commercial properties for sale in Oxford Tower to see current availability and asking prices.
