I have visited this area in person recently. Very impressed with location, high level planning build considerations which combine build quality, architectural variety, green spaces, ease of transport connectivity, close to city ammenities, investmebt potential; the main things I look for to invest in property. Privacy with exclusivity feel whilst driving/walking the area. We stopped at wonderful restaurant alongside a woodland river/lake oasis within the development to help understand the overall feel of living here. We were left impressed and would look to invest here.
