It offers a premium urban lifestyle with easy-access to the Burj Khailfa, Dubai Mall and a variety of restaurants & cafes. The area is vibrant and perfect for both families and professionals. The only downside is it gets busy with tourists, especially during weekends.

Burj views is one of the oldest Emaar building in DownTown but thanks to grate maintanance in perfect condition. Facilities inside the building are amazing. Location is premium with easy access to Al Khail road. Walking distance to Dubai Mall, 7 minutes walk. Only problem is noise from basement due to The fitness lab.

Being on the permiter of downtown you have easy access to Al Khail road should you choose to avoid the downtown boulevard morning traffic
