Dubai Marina is generally a great community; however, commute-wise, it is extremely difficult. Going in and out of the Marina is not necessarily the easiest commute. Additionally, because of the tram, you will encounter a lot of traffic lights. Let alone the fact that it is known for being a tourist community, it gets extremely busy during the winter months, starting in November and lasting until February. If you understand the pros and cons of it.

Dubai Marina has both residential and commercial buildings and offices. Most of the popular companies are located in Dubai Marina. It has people from all around the world, you could experience different culture. Dubai Marina is good for relaxing around the water in cafes and restaurants. It is nearby to Marina mall, Nakheel mall, Palm Jumeriah, JLT, Blue water Island and JBR. Metro, tram and bus facilities are available. Not much parks for the kids to play but most of the residential buildings has swimming pool and play areas. Nice view of ships and cruise around. Views are amazing from the balconies of most of the buildings. Main tech hubs are situated here. People who wish to have peaceful, greenery place might not like this busy area.

Very lively and vibrant area! The Marina Walk/Promenade is the highlight of this community, with beautiful walking path along the marina harbour. This community has great restaurants across all cuisines. Weather gets windy during evening (non-summer months). Ample places for families to stroll, walk and enjoy. Lived here since a more than a year and absolutely loved it. Traffic can be a challenge during peak hours. Marina also offers great connectivity across tram, metro and bus. The community is very diverse with residents (and tourists) from all over the globe which adds to unique touch. Highlight recommended for young professionals and new families

The buzz of the neighbourhood is great - there's always energy, whether you're heading out for a morning coffee or an evening stroll. The Marina Walk is a genuine highlight, and the sheer variety of restaurants, cafés and shops on your doorstep is hard to beat. For anyone who wants convenience and a lively atmosphere, it genuinely delivers. The downsides are real though. Traffic can be seriously frustrating, particularly at peak hours, and the ongoing roadworks have added another layer of congestion that tests your patience. The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot. Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.

Dubai Marina is a lively and vibrant place to live. Walking around the Marina during the early dawn or in the evening feels quite surreal. Marina Walk has plenty of places to eat, drink, and spend time with friends, making it a great spot to unwind, especially since it feels removed from the city’s usual traffic and noise. The area is very convenient, with easy access to malls, supermarkets, and daily essentials. There are also many fitness studios, Pilates studios, gyms, and wellness spaces, which makes it great for maintaining an active lifestyle. It is also close to the beach. That said, traffic can get quite heavy depending on where you live, so it’s worth factoring in an extra 15–20 minutes during peak hours.

The building is conveniently located, a 10 min straight walk to JBR and the beach, 5 to 7 min to the metro and tram station. It’s surrounded by so many supermarkets and restaurants. The building has direct access to SZR. Never experienced major issues with the traffic except few times in the weekend on the way back. The staff in the building are super friendly and accommodating. It’s one of the few buildings in Marina where guests parking is available !

This building location is excellent, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets al in just 5 min walk surrounding, also the metro station is walking distance, the beach is like 10 min walk in JBR all in all great location and a good poperty!

It is one of oldest and low rise buildings of Marina. Except location (near marina walk & Sheikh zyed road) nothing good as i can say. Gym appliances poorly managed and hardly can be used, floor tiles, ceiling leakage, kitchen sink and drainage having serious issues. It can be good for short stay but not for long term rental and investment especially when you are with family.

i leave here currently and i have to say that is a very old building but that’s not the prb the prb is the maintenance of gym and pool i barely see the water to get changed at the pool and the gym equipment are soooooo old totally old

OK if you are a low budget tenant wanting Marina only. Even when new it was not top quality and apartments looking old now. Good access to Sheikh Zayed Road and Marina amenities

Perfect apartment, with private car parking and close to many any facilities. 24 hour security, child friendly, near metro station, well maintained, and yet, the cheapest two rooms apartments in Dubai Marina
