Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.

Marina Walk has plenty of places to eat, drink, and spend time with friends, making it a great spot to unwind, especially since it feels removed from the city’s usual traffic and noise. The area is very convenient, with easy access to malls, supermarkets, and daily essentials. There are also many fitness studios, Pilates studios, gyms, and wellness spaces, which makes it great for maintaining an active lifestyle. It is also close to the beach. That said, traffic can get quite heavy depending on where you live, so it’s worth factoring in an extra 15–20 minutes during peak hours.

The building is very well maintained as it was recently renovated and has the best possible location. On one side is the famous Marina walk and on the other one is the entrance to the Metro and tram station.
