The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot. Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.

Dubai Marina is a lively and vibrant place to live. Walking around the Marina during the early dawn or in the evening feels quite surreal. Marina Walk has plenty of places to eat, drink, and spend time with friends, making it a great spot to unwind, especially since it feels removed from the city’s usual traffic and noise. The area is very convenient, with easy access to malls, supermarkets, and daily essentials. There are also many fitness studios, Pilates studios, gyms, and wellness spaces, which makes it great for maintaining an active lifestyle. It is also close to the beach. That said, traffic can get quite heavy depending on where you live, so it’s worth factoring in an extra 15–20 minutes during peak hours.

quiet, high quality building. Excellent layout with full view to marina Much better than JLT, Much better than living in a tall high-rise building. Excellent location, very close to metro, and to all kind of activities. Gym can be improved, but overall, great place to live.

The location of this building is amazing, it’s close to the metro as well as the marina. Maintenance could be quicker but the building is maintained overall.

I would not leave this lovely apartment with a great view with good maintenance and nice pool area. Location is amazing, close to everything, overlooking the marina… always something to do closeby… if not, the metro is 3 minutes walk. I lived here for three years now, no need to have a car. Working in JLT mada this the best place to live… much nicer and livelier and classier than JLT.

I bought an aparment in Marina Diamond 4 last year. Excellent yield, extremely quick to rent, air bnb option is the best in dubai. Never any worry about maintenance, building quality is excellent, Value for money is high, recession proof because it is not expensive. If i decide to sell, it will be very quick.
