For anyone who wants convenience and a lively atmosphere, it genuinely delivers. The downsides are real though. Traffic can be seriously frustrating, particularly at peak hours, and the ongoing roadworks have added another layer of congestion that tests your patience. The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot. Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.

Dubai Marina is a lively and vibrant place to live. Walking around the Marina during the early dawn or in the evening feels quite surreal. Marina Walk has plenty of places to eat, drink, and spend time with friends, making it a great spot to unwind, especially since it feels removed from the city’s usual traffic and noise. The area is very convenient, with easy access to malls, supermarkets, and daily essentials. There are also many fitness studios, Pilates studios, gyms, and wellness spaces, which makes it great for maintaining an active lifestyle. It is also close to the beach. That said, traffic can get quite heavy depending on where you live, so it’s worth factoring in an extra 15–20 minutes during peak hours.

Delphine is the best building ever, 4 apartments per floor and only 21 floors so it's not overcrowded, pool is amazing, cleanliness on all common areas is perfect. Staff are super friendly & maintenance is always just a call away. I've lived here for 3 years & we are always up to date on events, renovations, fire drills, it is super safe & right near the Marina. There is a paid guest parking & some traffic near the property from people trying to go to JBR but I would live here forever if I could.

I live in the apartment above this apartment. the building is quiet good and well maintained. the street can be a bit noisy but if you close the windows the isolation is quiet well. only 4 apartments in the floor thus the building is well maintained and clean all the time.. I have been living in this building and this layout for 6 months and I am not regretting.

It is a wonderful place residential and commercial buildings. There is a yatch bay as well. There are many restaurants in this area. While it is a very good place to visit and pass the time.

Still one of the best towers in Marina, under Emaar, with excellent maintenance, security & facilities, at a price of course. No free visitors parking, only paying, and traffic / noise are a problem in Marina overall.
