It's a calm area with affordable housing but could use a bit more greenery. City Centre Meaisem has everything you need so errands are easy.

Overall, a very solid and peaceful building, especially for families. The maintenance is prompt, the security staff are great, and finding guest parking is fairly easy. However, the gym and pool facilities are just average, and getting in and out of the area during peak traffic hours can be frustrating.

We moved here 2 months ago and it feels so nice and quiet. So many places with baby play areas, greens and clean swimming pool
