The building is very nice, but across the street there are endless night concerts until 1am and day sport academy activities starting at 7:30am, with loud music and microphone announcements. I have to move because of them. Definitely NOT recommending.

This building is awesome, layouts are larger, nice kitchen sizes, and shops restaurants, pharmacy, dry cleaner everything downstairs. Never faced any maintenance issue, pool is nice and faces sun most of the day.

Wonderful building, one of the best in Sports City. Security and cleanliness is fantastic. Traffic is getting quite bad around the area as it is getting full up slowly, construction is quite mad around there still and can be quite noisy.
