Hera Tower

They charge on everything after your stay in, that includes simple scratches, broken zippers on duvet, painted thin wood comes off from coffee table and cleaning of carpets. They do not serve any breakfast or food, and no cleaning services, as this is additional charges. Everything is all about making money on the high value of rent and charges, and not about the customer service experience

Thank you hera tower management for being supportive and understanding during the tough time of the heavy rains in UAE Big thanks to all the reception team, and special thanks to Jen for being friendly with a very nice smiley face since the first moment, during the check-in, during our stay, till the checkout process was completed, and Also thanks for recommending apartment no. 1708 which was spacious, and clean. Appreciate all your effort, and acceptance of the very late checkout without additional charge due to the emergency case that we had at that time

The building is in a great location, brand new clean apartments, spacious and well equipped gym and pool, a running track. Next to sport stadium, Foot lab and Rugby pitch, new Starbucks opening soon 50 metres away, Waitrose only 5-7 minutes walk. Unfortunately all these great amenities are ruined by the management. They will lie through their teeth and are extremely rude and unfriendly. Security men act like they are protecting the king and the maintenance team are worse than useless. No deliveries are allowed in the build - AT ALL - you'll have to come down to the ground floor to get your delivery - even if you live on the 23rd floor. There is a concert hall next to the building that is active during the cooler months and because the noise insolation is so so bad, its impossible to sleep at night when the concert is on - usually until midnight.
