The building is nice clean and well maintained the security and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful unfortunately the neighbors are not very respectful. The walls are so thin and the sounds/noise travels through you can her your neighbors having a part even if they are 2/3 floors away. Some neighbors are playing music so loud all day every day others bought their son drums and he’s practicing everyday so good luck if you want a quiet place

I spent 3 years in this building it is great and Dubai sport city is one of the best communities in Dubai

The building is good in general and the internal structure inside the apartment is nice .Unfortunately it is too dusty around it due to a lot of construction works around the building .The parking is outdoors and shaded parking which always leaves your car very dirty also again due to a lot of construction works going on .In addition during rain the shades of the parking are extremely dirty and the rain spills all the dirt on the shades on top of the cars , making your car looks as if it was in a mud pit .
